• Skill Development

Our calling card is getting players better. This is done through training and coaching with a development mindset. Training wise, nothing is done at random. There’s a logical progression to learning which helps players internalize new concepts.

Our teams prioritize man defense and ball movement. We encourage kids to try out moves and make mistakes. At a young age, it’s all about improving. We’re willing to accept growing pains at first to teach players how to play the right way. This leads to our teams consistently improving faster then the opposition.

  • Confidence

Confidence affects everything. At Vision, we encourage our players to have a next play mindset. We are focused on the process, not the outcome. Never too high, never too low. It’s all about how being your best self on the next possession.

Playing time is also critical to confidence, especially at a younger age. We limit our roster sizes so everyone gets a chance to get on the court. This leads to faster improvement amongst the whole roster.

  • Competitiveness

Our players constantly compete in practice and trainings. We compete in drills, scrimmages, and games. This philosophy is shared by elite coaches like Pete Carol.

Our teams are put in tournaments that will challenge them. We feel if we’re a clear step above everyone in a tournament, players don’t get better. We are all about development which is why we’re always looking to compete against good teams.
